What a depressing 2016 it has been politically.
Its not that I particularly like Hillary, or indeed can't understand why the Brits voted to leave Europe (I certainly can't understand why us Australians re-elected the donkey LNP), but I just fear for the damage that is going to result - and that's without thinking about the lunatic running the Soviet asylum, or the increasing march of nationalism/semi-fascism as well.
